FORM is a luxury fitness brand I developed with a focus on intentional design, clean nutrition, and high-performance lifestyle aesthetics. The creative direction was rooted in the concept of symmetry, movement, and alignment—brought to life through a minimalist, bold identity. The logo features two mirrored “F” characters, with one flipped to reflect the other, symbolizing balance and precision in both physical form and design. I extended this concept into the spatial branding of the gym, designing the facility layout and visual messaging on the walls—like “Mind, Body, Focus”—to evoke motivation and purpose. I also created branded product extensions, including two high-protein vegan bars in Blueberry Silk and Strawberry Silk, designed as healthy alternatives that align with FORM’s clean and modern ethos. Each product features custom packaging that maintains the sleek brand palette. To further unify the identity, I designed a branded water bottle and a five-part Instagram graphic series, with clean type and wave-inspired linework that visually communicate movement, discipline, and intention. FORM is more than just a gym—it’s a curated experience where branding and wellness move as one.
